In a world programed to be less and less considerate and aware of one another please pause and take a look inward.
You see when we are hurt, damage, confused and off balance ourselves with out awareness we can easily hurt others.
We don’t know what we don’t know until we know it.
So as we walk through this life with various programs and distractions many people get lost in their screens and themselves.
We really have to work hard at times to step out of the societal norms and step into what aligns with our soul.
Doing the right thing or the best thing isn’t always popular or welcome but it’s necessary if we are ever going to move humanity through the rut of duality and negative energy.
The path forward revolves around healed people. If we really are going to heal the world we must heal ourselves so we can heal the world.
Healed people heal people and hurt people hurt people – We end this cycle with intention and consciousness and love.
So in moments of overwhelming emotions where you feel funny inside maybe like you can’t control your insides and emotions, take a deep breath try to ground yourself and find balance within. Keep breathing… Ask yourself what triggered or started the uncomfortable feelings inside and then begin asking yourself how you can stop feeling those things…
I spent all of covid practicing smiling while I was in the car and the grocery store. Because a smile is a smile in every language and it helped me learn how to elicit the emotional responses I wanted.
