This is The Sanctuary Sisters signature trio healing session where you receive healing energies from all three of the skilled medicine women.

Melissa will begin by talking you into a meditative state as she flows the healing frequency of the 432 hertz quartz crystal bowls. Then she will invite you to go wherever you need to go on your journey and her voice fades out to the crystal bowls and potentially other healing instruments to wrap you in resonance frequencies. The frequencies will break up the energy in your body and create a healing harmony for your cells to resonate & heal your body, mind & spirit.

Chantelle will stoke the gentle but powerful healing of spinal flow. As she lightly touches the spine in divinely aligned places you will feel your body’s nervous system beginning to embrace the flow. The Spinal Flow Technique is a holistic healing method developed by Dr. Carli Axford. It focuses on releasing blockages in the spine and nervous system to promote the body’s natural healing abilities. Your body already knows how to heal its self, it just needs a helping hand to remember.

Stephanie will be utilizing various Reiki and various healing modalities to help you let go of and move through as much energetic density as she is called to. Each of the Sanctuary Sister’s have many tools in their toolboxes to help as they are called. Spirit/God leads and guides the ladies to the places in your body that are not functioning for your highest and best good. Then they utilize the healing medicine your body is asking for to help your body heal its self.

In this sacred dance of healing each of the medicine women will flow with those experiencing the session with souls filled with unconditional love and light to guide and support along the way. Some may drift off to dream land and simply wake refreshed, some may elevate their consciousness to a meditative state where they connect on a very deep level. Some may have an out of body experience where they leave their body and take their conscious mind elsewhere and then return when called back in. Some may never settle in and wiggle quietly throughout.

Everyone is very different in what they perceive durning the spinal flow and sound bath. However afterwards everyone is the same… to date it has been unanimous with all participants that when they reflect on the experience and their energetic field they each express how good they feel. They talk about how they feel lighter, less pain, less stress, less dense energy amongst other things. They express feeling uplifted, energetically filled, happy body and very peaceful and calm. Some guests can even feel their cells shifting and changing in positive ways.
